Trackr ("we", "us", "our") helps homeowners and property users store records, documents, and service history for their properties. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use Trackr.

• Property and maintenance records you create in the app.
• Uploaded files and metadata (file name, category, size, upload time).
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the service (session and log data).

• Provide and maintain your account and features.
• Secure your data, detect misuse, and prevent fraud.
• Send operational messages (for example account, security, or service notices).

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can update much of your profile data from the Settings page in Trackr.

Trackr is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
